The Arts Council of Big Sky provides programs that are rooted in acceptance, equity and inclusion. All people are welcome in our classes and art studio. In order to ensure the art classroom is a safe space for all students, we require all participants to demonstrate behavior of acceptance and respect.
Please respect the BASE center and the Art Studio’s substance free policy.
Participants must request to cancel their participation in their registered art class no less than 48 hours before the start day of the class in order to receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start date are not eligible for a refund.
Participants wanting to transfer their registration to another class must make their request no less than 48 hours before the start of their currently registered class. Transfers can only be made into classes with available spots that occur after the currently registered class. A $10 transfer fee will be applied to each transfer to offset the associated administration of the transfer.
In the case of extenuating circumstances (health or emergencies) for either cancellations or transfers, participants should contact Julie@bigskyarts.org
Registered participants are expected to arrive and depart on time for the classes they register for. Due to our very small class size, we ask that cancellations be made 48 hours in advance of the class or more so that the space can be filled. Participants who repeatedly arrive late or do not attend their registered classes may not be able to register for future classes.
In the unlikely event that the Arts Council needs to cancel a class session or entire class, registered participants will receive an email notifying them as soon as possible. Canceled class sessions will be rescheduled or participants may opt to attend a session in another similar class. If an entire class or workshop is canceled, it will be rescheduled and participants will be able to attend the rescheduled class or refund their registration fee.
