Join the Arts Council of Big Sky and the Wilson Hotel as we present the best in regional jazz and acoustic musicians throughout the summer at the hotel’s Lobby Bar. The concerts are free and take place from 5-7 p.m. on selected dates. Stop by and enjoy happy hour at the bar and some great local music!

Jazz bassist Bob Bowman has performed nationally and internationally with jazz legends and heavy hitters in the past 58 years. He is originally from Kansas and now resides in Montana, near West Yellowstone, after living in Portland, New York, L.A., and then over 25 years in KCMO, where he is deeply respected by musicians and jazz fans.

Joining Bowman on stage is the highly accomplished pianist Brant Jester, hailing from Kansas City. Originally from Ozark, Missouri, Jester has quickly risen to prominence as one of the busiest jazz pianists in the greater Kansas City area. His multifaceted career as a jazz pianist, piano instructor, adjudicator, and accompanist, along with his role as a jazz DJ sub for the Jazz In The Afternoon Show at Kansas City Community Radio, speaks volumes about his musical prowess.
