Instructor: Drew Clendenin, Owner & Artist at Clendenin Customs Tattoo and Gallery

Schedule: Friday, 6:00–8:30 PM
Date: March 27, 2026
Duration: Single-session workshop, 2.5 hours
Location: Big Sky Center for the Arts

This tattoo flash design workshop focuses on the creative process behind building strong, tattoo-ready designs. Participants will create their own piece of flash either a full sheet of smaller designs or one larger standalone piece, while learning how ideas move from concept to finished artwork.

Led by tattoo artist Drew Clendenin, the workshop walks through his personal approach to concept development, composition, references, and refinement. Along the way, there will be open discussion around design choices and how a flash piece comes together from start to finish.

At the end of the session, participants will have the option to stencil their design onto themselves to see how it sits on the body (no tattooing involved).

Any class payments above the suggested class fee (Take a Class/Give a Class, Help a Neighbor, Sponsor Materials) are tax deductible and will be acknowledged via email for tax purposes.
