Open Pottery Studio Wednesday: 10A - 2P

Arts Council Studio at BASE
285 Simkins Drive, Big Sky, MT
$30

This Open Pottery Studio session is designed for individuals who are either:

– Currently enrolled in a pottery class, or
– Highly experienced ceramicists with their own tools, pre-approved by the studio manager.

Please note: There is no formal instruction during this session.

Participants will have access to pottery wheels, hand-building tools, and studio glazes. You must pre-register to secure your space.

Studio Guidelines:
– Only Archie Bray A-Clay is permitted (Cone 5/6 White Stoneware).
– Clay is available for purchase during class: 25lb bags for $30 (cash or credit card).
– This is a community-focused studio. Production pottery is not permitted.
– A $30 kiln shelf rental fee applies if producing more than 5–10 vessels during the session.
