Location: Big Sky Center for the Arts, 77 Lone Peak Drive
Kids will transform plain mirrors into dazzling mosaic masterpieces in this colorful workshop taught by Amy Gitchell. Young artists will design and create their own 12×12 inch mosaic mirror frame using a wide variety of materials such as gems, beads, buttons, tiles, sequins, and more. Students will arrange their pieces to create patterns, designs, or freestyle compositions, then glue everything down to build a stunning dimensional frame.
Each mirror will go home the same day and will be ready to hang after a couple of days once fully set. These eye-catching pieces add personality to any room and also make great gifts. No experience is necessary, just bring your creativity and get ready to make something that truly reflects your style.
We suggest parents or guardians send a snack with their student for class.
Any class payments above the suggested class fee (Take a Class/Give a Class, Help a Neighbor, Sponsor Materials) are tax deductible and will be acknowledged via email for tax purposes.
