Kid’s Art Camp 2025 – Week 4: Mad Sewing Skills!
Get ready to stitch, sew, and create! This week, campers will learn the basics of sewing through fun and engaging projects. From hand-stitching to beginner-friendly machine sewing, kids will explore different fabrics, patterns, and techniques to make their own unique textile creations.
Dates: June 30 - July 4, 2025
Time: 9 AM - 4 PM (Monday - Friday)
Location: The Big Sky Arts Center, 77 Lone Peak Drive
Ages: 6-10
Cost: $290 / Contribute-What-You-Can
What to Expect:
- Hands-on sewing projects using a mix of hand-stitching and machine techniques
- Fun and functional creations like small pillows, fabric animals, or simple accessories
- Learning about different fabrics, patterns, and sewing tools
- Games and activities to inspire creativity
- Outdoor playtime (weather permitting)
- Snack breaks – campers should bring their own lunch, water bottle, and snack
