Kid’s Art Camp 2025 – Week 3: Build a Clay Bear!
This week is all about sculpture and clay! Campers will learn hand-building techniques to shape, sculpt, and construct their very own clay bear. Through step-by-step guidance, they’ll explore form, texture, and detailing while working with clay to bring their creations to life.
Dates: June 23 - June 27, 2025
Time: 9 AM - 4 PM (Monday - Friday)
Location: The Big Sky Arts Center, 77 Lone Peak Drive
Ages: 6-10
Cost: $290 / Contribute-What-You-Can
What to Expect:
- Hands-on clay sculpting to build a bear from start to finish
- Exploration of texture, shape, and detailing techniques
- Painting and finishing touches to personalize each sculpture
- Games and activities to enhance creativity
- Outdoor playtime (weather permitting)
- Snack breaks – campers should bring their own lunch, water bottle, and snack
