Kid’s Art Camp 2025 – Week 2: Painting Party!
A week dedicated to painting in all its forms! Campers will explore different types of paint, tools, and techniques to create bold, expressive works of art. From watercolors to acrylics, brushes to unconventional painting tools, this week is all about experimenting and having fun with color, texture, and composition.
Dates: June 16 - June 20, 2025
Time: 9 AM - 4 PM (Monday - Friday)
Location: The Big Sky Arts Center, 77 Lone Peak Drive
Ages: 6-10
Cost: $290 / Contribute-What-You-Can
What to Expect:
- A variety of painting techniques, including watercolor, acrylic, and mixed media
- Experimentation with different tools and applications beyond traditional brushes
- Guided projects and open-ended creative time
- Games and activities to inspire artistic exploration
- Outdoor playtime (weather permitting)
- Snack breaks – campers should bring their own lunch, water bottle, and snack
