Community Art Classes are an opportunity to express your creativity, learn new techniques and to connect with others in the Big Sky community.

Join Jimmy Patten, a wood wizard and natural born pyrographer, and learn all about the art of pyrography (Wood-burning). Beginners and artists of all levels ages 11 and over will learn how to create a wood-burning design and walk away with a beautiful piece of artwork in the same evening!

  • All supplies and materials are provided.
  • No experience is necessary and everyone is welcome!
  • Spanish and English language instruction are available in this class.
  • This is a single class session with a limited enrollment of 12.
  • Participants in Arts Council of Big Sky Classes do NOT need to have a BASE pass to sign up.

Take advantage of our Contribute-What-You-Can pricing options for a reduced class fee. Or you have the option to pay a little extra to support our Contribute-What-You-Can pricing options. Any class payments above the suggested class fee (Take a Class/Give a Class, Help a Neighbor, Sponsor Materials) are tax deductible and will be acknowledged via email for tax purposes.
