Tarot Open Studio with Janet DeHart invites participants into a creative and reflective space on April 23, April 30, and May 7 from 1:00 to 5:00 PM at the BASE Art Studio. Each session includes a guided tarot reading followed by time to create visual reflections using a wide variety of art materials. Participants are encouraged to explore themes such as self-empathy, empathy for others, positive intentions, or the release of energy that no longer serves them. The open studio also offers opportunities to learn about the history of tarot, explore multiple tarot decks, and engage in hands-on learning by using personal tarot cards or ones provided. Guests are welcome to stay for an hour or for the entire session.
Participants in Arts Council of Big Sky classes do not need to have a BASE pass to register. Any class payments above the suggested fee (Take a Class/Give a Class, Help a Neighbor, Sponsor Materials) are tax-deductible and will be acknowledged via email for tax purposes.
