Dates: June 5 – July 10, 2026

Explore the art of watercolor by painting a variety of animals in this engaging 5-week course led by Zahrah Malki. Whether you are new to watercolor or looking to expand your skills, this class offers a supportive space to experiment, learn, and grow as an artist.
Throughout the course, students will work on different animal subjects, from gentle mammals to colorful birds, while developing techniques to suggest texture, form, and character. Zahrah will guide participants through key watercolor methods including blending, layering, and brushwork, helping students build confidence while discovering their own artistic voice.
By the end of the five weeks, participants will leave with a collection of finished pieces and a stronger understanding of how to approach watercolor painting independently.
No class on June 12, 2026.
Any payments above the suggested class fee (Take a Class/Give a Class, Help a Neighbor, Sponsor Materials) are tax deductible and will be acknowledged via email for tax purposes.
