All Levels Pottery – 10 Weeks

Beginner and intermediate potters are invited to join Sierra Hooge for an immersive 10-week pottery course. This all-levels class offers a student-led approach with instruction in both wheel-throwing and hand-building techniques.
New to pottery? You’ll learn foundational skills in throwing, hand-building, decorative treatments, and glazing. If you’ve got experience, you’ll have the opportunity to refine your technique and deepen your practice with guidance from an expert ceramicist. With a small class size (8 max), students receive both whole group and individualized instruction.
What’s Included:
– All materials and equipment are provided.
– Students may bring their own tools if preferred.
– Weekly Open Studio access is available (pre-registration required; $20 fee per session).
– English and Spanish language instruction available.
Important Info:
If you expect to miss more than two classes, please consider a different or future session. Only two make-up classes are allowed for illness or extenuating circumstances.
Students producing more than 10 vessels during the course will be required to pay a $30 shelf fee. Additional clay can be purchased for $30 per 25lb bag.
No BASE pass required to participate.
