Give Big Kickoff Party at the Big Sky Center for the Arts

Thursday, May 1, 2025
6:00 – 7:30 PM
Big Sky Center for the Arts | 77 Lone Peak Drive

Big Sky’s nonprofit community is coming together to kick off Give Big Gallatin Valley 2025, and we invite you to join us for an evening of community celebration and meaningful impact.

Come connect with 16 local organizations and learn how your support can make a difference in Big Sky. The evening includes nonprofit tabling, trivia bingo with prizes, live entertainment, and kids’ activities—including a free afterschool art program hosted by the Arts Council of Big Sky in our new community arts center.

This family-friendly event is free and open to all. It’s the perfect way to celebrate the power of giving before the 24-hour giving period begins.

What is Give Big Gallatin Valley?

Give Big Gallatin Valley is a 24-hour online giving movement that supports hundreds of nonprofits across our region. Since it began, Give Big has raised over $17.4 million for local organizations. In 2024 alone, more than 6,000 donors gave $3.13 million to support 272 nonprofits.

This year’s goal is to rally 7,000 donors to give between 6 PM on May 1 and 6 PM on May 2. You can take part by visiting GiveBigGV.org and supporting the causes that matter most to you.

Why Give to the Arts Council of Big Sky?

Your contribution supports free and affordable programs that enrich the cultural life of our community:

  • Music in the Mountains, Montana’s premier free outdoor concert series
  • Public Art, including our sculpture collection, utility wraps, and future public art trail
  • Arts Education, with year-round contribute-what-you-can classes for youth and adults
  • Cultural Programming, including opera, Indigenous music, and film festivals
  • Local Artist Support, including artist residencies, exhibitions, and student outreach
  • Year-Round Live Music, thanks to partnerships with The Wilson Hotel and Waypoint

These programs are made possible by the generosity of donors like you. When you Give Big to the Arts Council, you’re helping build a creative, connected, and vibrant Big Sky for everyone.

Support the arts. Support Big Sky. Give Big.
